I am a dedicated and experienced psychologist with a master's degree in Psychology from Malaysia. Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health and neurodevelopmental challenges. This included depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, trauma, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), adjustment disorder, behavioral issues, Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), etc.

Before coming to Japan, I worked as a lecturer and researcher at university in Malaysia, lecturing in psychology. My research focused on interpersonal relationships and positive psychology. I also worked as a school counselor in Malaysia, assisting adolescents with school related issues.
