FAQ
This is my first time accessing mental health services, and I am unsure if therapy can help me with my concerns.
Our talk therapy sessions are tailored to address challenging life circumstances, interpersonal relationships, emotional well-being, and uncertainties. Additionally, we can guide clients in addressing cognitive patterns and behaviors that require modification. We offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to assess the suitability of therapy for your concerns and to explore the support we can offer.

How frequent is the therapy service?
The frequency of therapy sessions is generally set at a weekly interval, although this arrangement can be adapted according to the individual's specific needs, concerns, goals, and professional advice. Additionally, the duration of therapy can vary, encompassing brief, targeted interventions and more extensive, in-depth exploration and support.

Confidentiality is a cornerstone of our therapeutic approach. Your information is strictly confidential, except in cases where there is an imminent risk of harm to yourself or others. We will try to discuss any necessary breach of confidentiality with you beforehand.
